Job Summary: Generations Home Care is currently seeking quality Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and Home Care Aides (HCA's) to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in the greater Colville area and throughout Stevens County. As a CNA/HCA with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by assisting them with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being. This is a variable hour position, with opportunities for part time or full-time work depending on performance, client requests and availability.   • Hourly pay rate of $19 to $23, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming for our clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g. using Hoyer lifts, transferring from bed to chair, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure the best quality of care for our clients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients, following infection control and safety protocols
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviors at all times while providing care to our clients
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington or the ability to complete training within 200 days of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Kindness and care are the top priority
  • Excellent communication and reliability
