Systems Test Engineer Lead –In this role you will participate on a small team of
HW & SW and System Test Engineers on wireless connectivity products. This is a hands-on Test role where you will be responsible for LabView programming, developing SW, and designing and assembling test interfaces to assist in moving products quickly to production. As part of your role, you will assist in a targeted migration from LabView to Python and will have a working knowledge of Python. The Systems Test Engineer Lead will be the big thinker of the group, introducing new techniques and tools to continue to grow the efficiency and reliability of the department. This is your opportunity to use your ideas and energize the team and expand the abilities of the Test Organization. This could be the next step for an individual contributor hungry for more responsibility.
Requirements:
Education: BS in Engineering or Computer Science Degree
Overall experience: 10+ years
Experience in test : 10+ years
Work experience highlights:
• Must have worked on a final product sold to end users at some point in career
• Must have some experience in hardware design/test on the RF side
• Must have some experience in software design/test in any discipline (embedded,
cloud or app). SW Development for Test automation and work with Embedded Developers in combination could be a fit i lieu of Product SW/Design Test.
• Must have current working skills in Labview
• Must have current skills in Python
• Experience in regulatory certification processes such as FCC and CE is beneficial.
• Ideally experience some skills in SOC2
