We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the integration and validation of advanced wireless RF systems supporting a LEO satellite constellation communication network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative products from concept through to full-scale production. What you will be doing: Develop complete RF specifications governing silicon and module-level designs, working with partner teams in architecture, product systems, algorithm systems, firmware, and RFIC design. Produce RF line-up specifications in close collaboration with the RFIC design team to guide the development, testing, and validation of the designs. Understand system requirements and architecture in depth and formulate detailed test plans to validate the requirements. Design lab setups for various types of tests, including radiated chamber tests. Build racks and other test rigs as necessary for executing the test plan. Work with external vendors for procuring components and equipment necessary to build test systems. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams—hardware, software, mechanical, systems, etc., across different time zones to ensure system requirements are met during operation. Define test plans and strategies for lab, field, and on-orbit testing. Automate test execution, including control and configuration of test equipment. Document test results, coverage, KPIs, and communicate regularly with stakeholders. Deep-dive into test results and root-cause analysis, communicating findings to relevant teams. What you bring to this role: MSEE or Bachelor's degree in EE/CS/CE or a related field 7+ years of experience in RF testing and validation with a track record of successful product launches Deep understanding of wireless communication principles, especially in satellite systems The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000, based out of our Saratoga, CA office. The total compensation package will be determined by your relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
